Returns Eligibility
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Items must be returned in their original condition.
- The item must be unused with original packaging and tags intact.
- Stitched, ready-made, custom, or bespoke outfits are not eligible for return.
Condition of Returned Items
Returns will not be accepted for items that have been used, washed, stained, altered, damaged, or tampered with in any way.
Custom & Bespoke Orders
All custom-made, tailored, or bespoke outfits are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Return Shipping Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Items must be securely packaged when sending them back.
- Any loss or damage during return transit will be the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Product Representation
Product images are for reference purposes only. Minor variations in color, fabric, texture, or detailing may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or handmade craftsmanship and will not be considered defects.
Pop-Up Event Purchase Policy
Pop-Up Events & In-Person Purchases
All purchases made at Monalisa Pop-Up events, exhibitions, or in-person sales are final and non-refundable.
However, at our discretion, an exchange or store credit may be offered within 7 days of purchase if the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused and unworn
- All original tags are attached
- The item is returned in its original condition
Approved returns will be issued as store credit only, which can be used for future purchases with Monalisa Sarees.
Monalisa Sarees reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the above conditions.

International Orders
Orders shipped internationally are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

- Next-Day Delivery: £9 (available only for ready-to-ship items)

Shipment Tracking
Tracking details will be emailed once the order has been handed over to the courier. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times may vary due to weekends, bank holidays, peak seasons, or courier delays. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners.
Order Splitting
Orders may sometimes be shipped in multiple consignments depending on product availability or courier weight limitations.
Delivery Address Requirements
Courier services require a complete and accurate street address with postcode. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the provided address.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
We are not responsible for delays or returns caused by incorrect or incomplete address details. If a shipment needs to be resent, reshipment charges will be the customer’s responsibility.
