Return Policy :
1. Return: We prioritize client satisfaction. If you’re unsatisfied, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please return it in its original packaging with tags attached. Note: No returns on stitched or ready-made outfits.
2. Exchange: For exchanges, visit our physical store in North West London by appointment only, within 14 days of purchase. Book at +44 7869143259. Please note, no returns or exchanges are available for international shipping orders
3. Custom Items : No returns on custom or bespoke outfits. Used, stained, or damaged items won’t be accepted.
4. Return Shipping: Customers cover return shipping costs and are responsible for packaging. Loss or damage during transit is the customer’s responsibility.
5. Sale Items: Sale items are eligible for exchange or credit note,credit note valid for 6 months.
6. Product Variation: Some images are for reference only. Actual items may vary slightly in fabric, color, or detailing.
7. Shipping Charges: Return shipping charges are non-refundable and paid by customers.
Shipping Policy :
1. Shipping Rates : Within the UK: Standard £2.75 /kg, Next day £4.75/kg (only for ready-to-ship).
2. International Delivery: Takes 7-10 working days. Costs vary based on product weight and location. Contact us for estimates.
3. Shipment Tracking: Tracking details are emailed once items are handed to the courier. Note: Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate.
4. Delivery Times : Vary during weekends, bank holidays, and peak periods. We’re not liable for courier-related delays.
5. Order Splitting : Orders may be split based on item availability or courier weight limits.
6. Shipping Time : Lehengas: Stitched 7-10 working days, Unstitched 5-7 working days. Sarees: Stitched 7-10 working days, Unstitched 5-7 working days. Dresses: Approximately 7-10 working days.
7. Delivery Address : Courier companies require full street addresses; P.O. Box addresses aren’t accepted. Ensure availability for delivery attempts.
8. Incomplete Address : We’re not liable for returns due to incomplete or wrong addresses. Reshipment can be arranged at the customer’s expense.
