Returns Eligibility
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with original packaging and tags intact.
Please note: Stitched, ready-made, custom, or bespoke outfits are not eligible for return.

Condition of Items
Returns will not be accepted for items that are used, washed, stained, altered, damaged, or tampered with in any manner.

Custom & Bespoke Orders
All custom-made, tailored, or bespoke outfits are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and for ensuring secure packaging. Any loss or damage during return transit is the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Product Representation
Product images are for reference purposes only. Minor variations in color, fabric, texture, or detailing may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or handmade craftsmanship and are not considered defects.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date.

Shipment Tracking
Tracking details will be emailed once the order has been handed over to the courier. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times may vary due to weekends, bank holidays, peak seasons, or courier delays. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners.

Order Splitting
Orders may be shipped in multiple consignments depending on product availability or courier weight limitations.

Delivery Address Requirements
Courier services require a complete and accurate street address. Post code. addresses are not accepted. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
We are not responsible for delays or returns caused by incorrect or incomplete address details. Reshipment can be arranged at the customer’s expense.
