Tailor made to order items are not returnable under any circumstances. Refund would not be provided for custom made/stitched clothing including ready made dresses, lehenga and saree stitched with custom blouse. We check all products before dispatch and send via recorded delivery. Shipping time: We dispatch semi-stitched or unstitch lehenga within 48 hours of clearing payment. Lehenga delivery time 4-5 working days(semi-stitched or unstitched). Lehenga stitched delivery time 7-10 working days as per the size chart. Ready-to-ship products, delivery is typically within 1-2 working days, with next-day delivery or collection options available.

If you miss a delivery attempt, our partners leave a card for rescheduling. After three unsuccessful attempts, goods are held, and you'll need to contact for redelivery or pickup.
